Granola bars
Granola bars are an excellent source of nutrients for breakfast and a healthy snack that is handy and delicious.
Things you’ll need:
- 1½cup of rolled oats/· ¼ cup of chia seeds
- ¼cup of rice crispies
- ¼cup of wheat crispies
- ¼cup of quinoa/· ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼cup of chopped almonds
- ¼cup of sliced dried cranberry
- 2½ ounces of honey or maple syrup
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
To The Kitchen:
- Combine the grains, seeds, nuts, and fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Grease with oil, line with parchment paper on a baking sheet pan, and set aside.
- Set a medium saucepan on low heat and melt peanut butter. Add the salt, honey, and vanilla extract, and stir to combine. Let cool.
- Add the cooled peanut butter mixture to the granola and fold them together until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the parchment-lined baking sheet pan, press the mixture flat, and an inch in thickness in the pan. Refrigerate.
- Once chilled, cut into bars, wrap in parchment paper or tin foil, and keep in the fridge.

Berry Smoothie
Perfect for breakfast, these smoothies are packed with nutrients and can be easily customized to taste.
Things you’ll need:
- One cup of frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- Two large handfuls of spinach
- ½ cup of milk can be replaced with almond, soy, or oat milk.
- Two teaspoons of Chia seeds
- One scoop of collagen powder or protein powder (optional)
To The Kitchen:
- In a blender, put all the ingredients together and blend until smooth.
- Add crushed ice or ice cubes and serve.

Seeded Quinoa Crackers
A healthy vegan and gluten-free cracker for guilt-free snacking.
Things you’ll need:
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup quinoa, cooked
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup sesame seed
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- hummus, to serve
To The Kitchen:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix chia seeds and water until well combined, then let stand for 5 minutes until a gelatinous texture is reached.
- Add the quinoa, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and chia seed mixture to a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet with a spatula and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven to cut into desired cracker shapes.
- Carefully flip each cracker and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve with hummus.
